I am a Vietnamese-Teochew immigrant and a queer, neurodivergent person. These identities, along with my learning of Internal Family Systems and somatic work, inform how I approach therapy: collaborative, antiracist, trauma-informed. My pacing is slow and spacious, as I take time to process and ensure thorough understanding of your experiences.
