Hello! My name is Lindzy Sienkowski, and I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. I am also recognized as a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I currently work with young adults & adults 18 years of age and older. I offer individual therapy services both in-person & via telehealth. My clinical experience lends expertise in the areas of eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, most frequently utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy and trauma informed therapies to meet the unique needs of each of my clients.
