The anxiety and depression we feel because of past neglect, abuse, or trauma can become overwhelming even years after the fact. Some of us feel like we have always been broken. Good news! I specialize in healing struggling couples and adult individuals. As a male therapist, I offer a unique place for men to seek help in coping with past traumas and the difficulties they experience in current relationships. Narcissistic abuse and attachment issues are also a specialty. I am also a blind advocate and have extensive training in trauma relief.
No matter what you've experienced or what you've done, I want to walk the path to healing with you. Empathy is found where a person is willing to abide with someone long enough to feel their pain.
