The core of my professional experience is derived from working with adults and adolescents within community and inpatient settings. My primary focus is upon facilitating healing of the psyche following deep emotional injury resulting from emotional, mental, physical and/or spiritual trauma(s) experienced through various life tragedies and injustices.
In addressing emotional injury resulting from trauma, I consider the impact of thoughts, attitudes, behaviors and deeply-entrenched personality characteristics and habits that may be causing repeated personal and relational difficulties. In addition to my doctorate in clinical psychology, I hold a master's degree in forensic/legal psychology.
