My approach to therapy is to create a safe and relaxed environment that is non-judgmental in order to facilitate awareness and healing. I utilize CBT, DBT, and Ego State work and am trained in EMDR for trauma treatment.
I work with adults in all life stages. I have been working with young adults in a college setting for the past 6 years and am particularly passionate about this stage of life and the growth and healing that can occur.
