I enjoy working with young adults navigating ADHD, autism, faith transitions, and difficult family dynamics. I work well with neurodivergent young adults (ADHD, autism) and personally understand the complexity of the unmasking process and the impact of a later-in-life diagnosis. I take a neuroaffirming approach to therapy, where the goal is not to change who you are and how your brain works, but to embrace, support, and discover more about it. Building an authentic therapeutic relationship is important to me, where clients feel understood, supported, and respected in their own process.
I offer a warm and direct approach that is grounded in helping clients build self-compassion and self-trust. I create space for clients to explore their inner world with curiosity, helping them understand and embrace themselves and their individual way of thinking and experiencing the world.
My approach is compassionate and strengths-based, using concepts from IFS and ACT. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, and I believe everyone already has what they need to live fully. Therapy helps you unlearn what has hurt or limited you and reconnect with the parts of yourself that support growth, healing, and a meaningful life.
