I am accepting female clients for my new group. Does it feel like you are not seen or loved in the ways you need? Do you have a hard time letting go of bad experiences? If you feel overwhelmed by, or cut off from your emotions, I can help facilitate safely experiencing them and getting to know the needs behind them. If you feel like you are in survival mode, far from leading a life aligned with your soul's purpose, I can support you in making self affirming choices to work towards a whole, integrated self. You can move from feeling stuck with anxiety and accompanying behaviors, to negotiating change within, and thus in your life.
I see individuals to help integrate experiences - some of which are not in conscious awareness - and help them find meaning and acceptance. We work together to regulate the nervous system, manage stress, and build emotional resources. We also work on forming a healthy narrative, as well as more adaptive behaviors and perceptions about oneself in the world.
You are not alone, yet it is easy to feel isolated. Society is partly to blame, but often we are mired in past, negative experiences and the unforgiving inner critics they create. Therapy provides a dynamic relationship in which I sit with you and help you practice self understanding and eventually, self love.

Finding Security in an Insesecure World for women
In a post-covid world rife with inequity, struggle, and high emotions, I am offering one evening per week to meet in Cambridge and feel seen and heard by each other. My hope is for this to eventually feel like a peer support group for women who must juggle work, finances, family and other relationships that may not feel as fulfilling as you would like. Moreover we will examine the relationship with Self, and how to access a core strength while building up your resource bank. I was inspired by Alan Watts' book: The Wisdom of Insecurity.
