With a passion for helping individuals and families, I’ve leveraged my academic background and professional training to make a positive impact on the lives of those I serve. I have experience working with kids after interning for the Alpine School District, providing individual and group therapy. My expertise extends to addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, substance use disorder/addiction, identity struggles, and the complex aftermath of trauma.
