I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety and stress-related disorders; I have a particular interest in serving survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and sexual violence.

I am inquisitive, encouraging, thoughtful, and grounded. Together we can explore the links between past and present to uncover and release the painful patterns and old memories that keep you stuck.
