My approach is genuine, warm, relational, and grounded in attachment, humanistic, holistic, and existential theories. I honor the connection of mind, body, heart, and spirit, and I incorporate mindfulness and somatic-based interventions to bring greater awareness to one’s whole being.
I offer both talk at art therapy. There is no prior skill of experience needed, and together we would find an appropriate balance between talking and making. Art Therapy values the process of creating over the product as a way towards healing. My aim is to challenge you to approach your experience through creativity.
