I support individuals starting at age 5 in navigating relationships, identity, family dynamics, emotional challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. I draw on a trauma-informed, harm reduction lens that prioritizes autonomy, reduces shame, and encourages self-reflection.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work with a focus on mental health from Loyola University Chicago. I believe healing happens through connection, and I’m honored to walk alongside those seeking a more grounded, intentional life.
With experience in intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment settings, I bring clinical depth, flexibility, and empathy to each session. As a sex-positive therapist, I strive to create an inclusive space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard.
