I'm a licensed psychologist specializing in working with adults and college/grad students with anxiety disorders, perfectionism, trauma, complex PTSD, people pleasing tendencies, and relational issues. My primary goal in therapy is to support clients in taking back the power from their distress, ultimately allowing clients to live more fulfilling lives. In this process, I aim to help clients explore the impact of the internal experiences and behaviors, often a result of our past experiences, that are associated with "stuckness."
My approach is integrative, including relational, insight oriented, cognitive, and behavioral techniques. I also provide evidence-based treatments including EMDR, DBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention. As a therapist, I aim to be engaging, direct, and supportive. Therapy with me feels very conversational, and I play an active role in our shared space.
I truly believe that therapy has the power to change lives. Whether you are looking to learn to better manage anxiety, process traumatic memories, build a repertoire of coping skills, or just to learn more about yourself, I'm here to support you. If you are interested in working together or want to learn more about my approach, please reach out!
