Your relationship has lost its life. On good days, your partner is someone to put up with, on bad days, you feel like roommates, or have a blow out fight. It's a painful back and forth. You can't get ground under your feet, and back to what made you want to be with this person in the first place. You feel unheard and misunderstood. Isolated. The distance between the two of you is painful. You don't know how to do it another way, but you know that you need to do something different, or everything will fall apart, for good.

You want to have a partner, and perhaps, if you dare to dream, a lover again. You want to get through all the muck -- anger, hurt, resentment -- that has built up over time. To clean house, and start again, entering a new phase of love. You want to understand how to ask for what you need and be a better partner yourself.

Clients who work with me appreciate my ability to efficiently zero in on the patterns that hinder their relationship, while also providing a safe place to have the hard relationship conversations. I offer practical tips, education on how to deal with your partner, and potential for deep healing. Request an appointment: https://lindsey-walker.clientsecure.me

Lindsey Walker's Groups

Initiation to Motherhood

Transitioning to motherhood is incredibly life-altering. On one hand, there is the joy and anticipation of your new baby and expanded family. But often a new mom will struggle with contrasting feelings -- the inevitable losses that are always present with such immense changes, but not often talked about. Motherhood requires women to contend with these losses, and increased responsibility at the same time. I hope this group will provide support, containment, community, and a place for women to be nurtured into their new roles.
