Often, these feelings are rooted in maladaptive belief networks—deeply ingrained thought patterns shaped by past experiences, particularly those that were traumatic.However, you are not alone in this journey. Together, we will work to uncover and challenge these deep-seated beliefs in order to desensitize, reprocess, and replace them with adaptive networks.
