Your journey has led you to this moment, filled with uncertainty about how to move forward in life and whether these emotions will persist indefinitely. Wrestling with anxiety, depression, and a sense of hopelessness, life feels out of alignment with the path you once envisioned. Despite your efforts, it can be incredibly difficult to shift your perspective, leaving you yearning for relief from the pain and sorrow that seem to define your days. At present, even the simplest tasks may feel insurmountable. You wake up feeling fatigued, your day drags on endlessly, and restless nights compound the fatigue. Trauma has kept you stuck.
Often, these feelings are rooted in maladaptive belief networks—deeply ingrained thought patterns shaped by past experiences, particularly those that were traumatic. However, you are not alone in this journey. Together, we will work to uncover and challenge these deep-seated beliefs in order to desensitize, reprocess, and replace them with adaptive networks.
You are an active participant, collaborating with me, from intake to discharge. Safety and confidentiality are high priorities with each client, as are creating a supportive yet challenging working relationship with you through individualized attention in each session. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey
