My approach to therapy is strengths based and client centered, providing a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for my clients to grow, change and heal. My goal is to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship from which people can process feelings and relationships, feel heard and validated, create and work towards their own goals, build insight and confidence, and develop helpful skills and tools to change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors.
I work with older children, adolescents and adults, and provide both individual and family therapy. I offer a flexible approach in structuring therapy sessions, utilizing different modalities and techniques designed to meet each unique client’s individual needs and personality. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD and ODD.
