I earned my MSC from the University of Phoenix in 2009, and my path into therapy grew from my own healing journey as a young adult and the clarity that process brought into my life.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing, helping you notice patterns, build insight, and reconnect with your sense of agency. I value those “aha” moments—when things click and you better understand your behaviors and how stress, relationships, and environment shape your emotional well-being.
I feel that I create space for everyone to be unique and individual along with speaking as you want without judgement or hesitation. I feel that the eclectic language assists with client's who feel stuck emotionally and need to respond in a guttural therapeutic way with language.
