I work with adults and a limited number of adolescents who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected; often navigating anxiety, trauma, or questions about identity and meaning. You may be facing self-doubt, intense emotions, or uncertainty about how your identity and faith fit together. My goal is to help you feel more at home in yourself.
I am a queer Christian who enjoys supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including those navigating their Christian faith or facing religious trauma. Our work is collaborative, with no pressure to have it all figured out. I’m an LCSW with a background in community mental health and inpatient care.
I enjoy learning about my clients’ interests and supporting their unique ways of being. I work with diverse adults, with a focus on LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients. Trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, I also use CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to tailor therapy. I offer a warm, grounded space to show up as you are and make sense of your experiences.
Opening up can feel scary, and trust takes time. In our first session, you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. I also offer a free 15-minute video consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Early sessions focus on your story and goals, and we’ll move at your pace in a safe, supportive space.
