Most people who find me are really good at managing — which is part of the problem. You've read the books, done the late-night deep dives, and you can name your attachment style, your triggers, your patterns. Knowing all of it hasn't made it stop. On the surface things keep working; underneath, something stays stuck. You've tried things that were supposed to help. Some did, for a while. I work with teens (16+) and adults who are tired of chasing the next solution and want to understand what's actually driving all of it. In person in Asheville, virtual across NC.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and trauma, working eclectically — EMDR, ERP, somatic and parts work, matched to your goals. But techniques comes second. First there has to be a relationship where you feel understood and challenged when it counts. I'll be real with you. I won't let you circle the same thing for months, or push where you're not ready.
I didn't come to this work because I had it figured out. I came because I very much didn't. I know what it's like to try everything that's supposed to help and still be stuck at 3am.
