If you’re a young adult struggling with substance use, feeling stuck in patterns, or trying to manage anxiety, depression, or trauma, you’re not alone. I work with young adults facing addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges, as well as families who want to support a loved one but feel unsure how. As someone in recovery, I bring both lived experience and clinical training. I’m direct, honest, and compassionate. I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t let you stay stuck. Together, we’ll build insight, shift patterns, and create real change.

I help you understand your relationship with substances, manage anxiety, depression, or trauma, and build a more stable, fulfilling life. My approach is practical and collaborative, using tools that fit you. When appropriate, I offer EMDR to process underlying patterns. I also support families with boundaries and communication.
