I specialize in women's issues including perinatal and postpartum related stressors as well as infertility challenges. My specialties also include working with life transitions, trauma, career changes, relationship stressors, managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, infidelity, high functioning autism, and parenting.
I utilize various theoretical styles including, person-centered approaches, CBT, Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic, and Mindfulness techniques. I also provide supervision and counseling for other therapists. My background also includes integrative health and nutrition. This helps understand how nutrition can effect our mental health.
