I am Lindsey Sauder, a Licensed Professional Counselor with training and experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. While I am open to and passionate about working with all clients, I specifically value working with those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in helping clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief/loss, life transitions, trauma, and much more. I graduated from Messiah University in 2018 with a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling, specializing in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling.
My training in systemic/relational therapy helps me view individual clients through a wider lens to assist them in navigating their relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach includes a focus on person-centered/humanistic therapy techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and more!
