Hello! I've always had a heart for helping others and am passionate about helping individuals, couples, young adults, and children find healing and wholeness as they navigate through the challenging issues of their lives. I have a heart for working with first responders, law enforcement officers, their spouses, children, and families. I believe the integration of spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health is crucial to helping clients find transformation and healing in their journey towards wholeness in Christ. I strive to provide a safe non-judgmental space for my clients where they receive the support they need.
I integrate techniques from various theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and The Gottman Method. I enjoy learning and continuing to grow in my therapeutic skill set in order to best help all the clients that walk into my office.
I believe that in order for therapy to be the most effective, it’s important that the therapeutic alliance between the client and the therapist is strong. I work from a collaborative perspective, where you and I work together and focus on what is most important for you.
