I specialize in working with individuals, families, and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, and relationship issues. I take a systemic approach to therapy, looking at how your relationships and patterns affect your everyday life. Typically my clients are feeling stuck or unheard in their relationships. I offer therapy that involves usable tools to help with communication and building a much stronger bond between you and your partner. I also help clients in the midst of significant trauma or in the aftermath of infidelity. My goal is to make myself obsolete and to leave you living a more fulfilling life.
I am a level 2 clinician in Gottman Couples Therapy, helping to develop communication skills and working on repairing the relationship. I also work with individuals working through the effects of trauma, infidelity, or grief in their relationships. I offer longer sessions for those in crisis or in significantly stuck situations.
