You deserve a safe and nonjudgmental space to heal from trauma, break unhealthy patterns, and create your healthiest and most authentic life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to break free from old patterns. Together, we will work to uncover what is getting in the way, identify what matters most to you, and build the tools and skills to create lasting change.

I specialize in working with highly motivated individuals navigating trauma, sexual shame, identity concerns, and problematic sexual behaviors. I implement Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT, and other somatic and mindfulness interventions in my treatment approach. I come from a behavioral framework vs. addiction model.
