I specialize in working with kids (10+), teens, and adults navigating overwhelm, burnout, big feelings, and family conflict. Mostly, I'm helping people stop fighting themselves: trusting their own instincts, their own read on things, their own answer to "what do I do?" Life stays messy. Trusting yourself in it changes things.
