I work with individuals and couples who are seeking support and greater well-being. Through a creative and practical collaboration, I work with clients to bring awareness and curiosity to their strengths and challenges. Together we can explore your patterns and create sustainable changes. I have over a decade of experience working with clients who are experiencing stress, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I specialize in an integrative and relational approach to therapy which focuses on developing a strong therapeutic relationship of realness, connection, and communication.
You may notice that I have an unusual degree. A PsychD is a doctoral degree from England, equivalent to an American PhD. I am an LPC in Colorado, I am trained in PACT Level 2 (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and I supervise other therapists. I am core faculty in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Master's program at Naropa University.
I am committed to creating a welcoming and affirming space for all people. I love working with clients who are new to therapy and people who are seeking a fresh approach. Please contact me if you would like to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
