I also work with adult sibling pairs who are struggling with their connection and/or conflict.
I enjoy helping people who struggle with developmental trauma (CPTSD), perfectionism, anger, substance (mis)use or addictive behaviors, depression, shame, OCD, and anxiety including agoraphobia/panic/generalized anxiety. I also treat insomnia with CBTI. With adult sibling pairs, I enjoy helping create or restore safety, respect, and closeness.
