I believe in helping others heal from current and past pain by working in the "here and now" or present time. I've been working in the field since 2009 and dually licensed since 2013, over 15 years in some capacity. My job is to help make the uncomfortable more comfortable. I can assist in creating meaning for yourself and do well working on past and current traumas. Integrative, DBT, existential framework and somatic awareness, we can work together to uncover your full potential and get back to wellness and functioning in life.
I work with a variety of issues including co-occuring disorders and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety. I also work with substance use disorders. My approach is eclectic and fit to the clients needs. I use a basis in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and mindfulness as a starting point and adjust to client need using individualized assessment as we go.
