About
Beginning a new job, becoming a parent, moving to a new state, figuring out a new norm after a global pandemic...life transitions are extremely difficult to maneuver. I provide clients with a safe space to unload and assess what is and is not working in their lives. I want to understand you and your specific method of functioning; then maybe I can offer some tools, perspectives, and supports that will make daily life a bit easier.
In addition to licensure as a therapist, I am a Clinical Yoga Practitioner, CYP 500. I incorporate specific breathing techniques, yoga movement, mindfulness, and visualization to bring mental clarity and allow the body to discover comfort in a calm state.
I would love to be part of your healing journey. I make a conscious effort to provide new tools or strategies each session to leave clients with a specific direction toward growth. Together each week we assess what works and what doesn't. You are a unique individual who deserves a personalized road map with consistent support.
