Life changes, stress, and past experiences can leave you feeling stuck or unsure where to turn. I work with clients ages 11 and older, meeting with individuals, couples, and families around anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, process addictions, and major life transitions, as well as self-esteem and body image concerns. My experience in college counseling, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization allows me to support people in crisis and in longer-term work and offer steady, practical support.
My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and shaped by trauma-informed and evidence-based methods. I collaborate with you to understand what is happening, build on your strengths, and find tools that fit your life. I am welcoming of all identities, cultures, and lived experiences, including people with disabilities and chronic health conditions.
