I primarily work with adults (21+) as individuals, couples, and non-monogamous structures with all gender and sexual identities, including LGBTQIA+ and mixed-orientation relationships. My favorite presentations to work with include anxiety, sexual issues, difficult religious experiences, grief, OCD, identity exploration, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship dissatisfaction in all forms. I specialize in couples therapy, including both high-conflict and conflict-avoidant presentations.
I draw most directly from The Developmental Model, Internal Family Systems, and sex therapy principles as an AASECT-certified sex therapist.
I hold two overarching principles that guide my work: First, I believe you are the ultimate source of authority on you. Second: My training and expertise will help to direct our work together to draw out your truest wisdom, your highest Self. Experience has shown me that the best growth happens when both you and I are fulfilling our respective roles.
