About
Hello! My name is Lindsey Payne, I am a mental health therapist at Child and Family Charities in Lansing, MI. I offer an open and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel understood and safe. I hope to bring my passion and love of helping others into the relaxed vibe of my office space.
I received my bachelor's degree from Saginaw Valley State University and my master's degree from Michigan State University. I seek to use my experience and resources to develop an individualized treatment plan that will meet you or your child's needs based on ones strengths, goals, and obstacles utilizing a variety of treatment modalities including TF-CBT.
Life can be difficult, and sometimes reaching out for help can be too. It is my goal to provide you a safe space to start your journey, and develop meaningful solutions together.
