I specialize in working with couples who experience: high levels of conflict; inability to communicate; emotional & physical distance or disengagement; infidelity; transitioning to parenthood; infertility/pregnancy loss; difficulty overcoming family of origin or cultural differences; and difficulty making the decision to divorce or separate.
I am trained in Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help regulate conflict, improve communication and rebuild/improve intimacy & connection. I offer faith-based counseling for those whant to incorporate Christianity into their relationship.
