Welcome! I'm a licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping high achieving teens and adults find balance and improve their overall wellbeing. I work with a variety of clients, but specialize in helping high achieving individuals - entrepreneurs, high-performing athletes, graduate students, IB students, perfectionists, and leaders - who excel but struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout. I aim to give my clients the tools to manage their moods, find more work/school/life balance, enhance their relationships, and cultivate a life that aligns with their values.
I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. In sessions I'll help you hit the "pause button" in your brain to explore your thoughts, feelings, and reactions to your stressors. We’ll explore the mind-body connection and incorporate evidence-based techniques to address the underlying causes to your stress, anxiety, and burnout.
As a seasoned therapist, I’ve witnessed the toll that relentless ambition can take on mental health. If you're ready to reclaim your confidence and passion, I'm ready when you are. Reach out to schedule a free phone consultation today! Together, we’ll build a roadmap toward lasting well-being.
