Warm, collaborative therapy with virtual sessions available at reduced rates. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-exploration, and relational stress. My ideal clients are seeking a supportive and collaborative environment to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, process their emotions, and create lasting change. I believe therapy should be accessible and relational. I currently have a limited number of reduced-rate virtual therapy openings for individuals seeking affordable mental health support.

I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges, including infidelity, betrayal, and growing apart. I take a person-centered approach, working to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients can reflect, reconnect with what matters, and set attainable goals that support self-compassion, growth, and healing.

Healing begins with small, intentional steps like calming your nervous system, setting boundaries, or letting go of what no longer serves you. EMDR therapy is now available to help you move through what feels stuck.
