You see your child struggling and it breaks your heart. All behavior is communication but stress, anxiety, grief, and trauma often result in difficult to manage behaviors. You're questioning your parenting but you don't have to walk this path alone! I'm like your personal toolbox. Specializing in Christian counseling and play therapy, I offer a space where healing meets grace and faith meets fun. Kids have big feelings and little words. Big behaviors can emerge as kids struggle to work through complex emotions like anxiety, fear or sadness. When a child or family member struggles, the whole family suffers. Play therapy can help!
Play is a natural way for kids to make sense of their world and an engaging, fun, and developmentally appropriate outlet for working through hard stuff. I combine the best of brain science, attachment theory, and Biblical truth to help you and your child find connection and restore peace.
When children feel safe, connected, and understood, their brains thrive and they build the emotional resilience they need to face life's challenges.
