As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that healing and growth happen through authentic connection, compassionate listening, and evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual’s unique journey. I work with adults and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed care.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery, as well as play therapy and sand tray therapy—modalities that support emotional expression and healing, particularly for children and those who may struggle to process experiences through traditional talk therapy alone.
