My ideal clients are adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, betrayal, attachment wounds, or relationship distress. I work with those navigating PTSD, infidelity and affair recovery, sex or pornography addiction, and emotional disconnection. I also have a special interest in combat Veterans, law enforcement, ICAC professionals, and investigators exposed to occupational trauma. Together, we uncover what is beneath the surface, process painful experiences, rebuild safety and trust, and create lasting change.
I offer trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy that goes beyond managing symptoms to understand what is driving them. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, betrayal and affair recovery, relationship distress, and occupational trauma. Together, we identify patterns, process what is underneath them, and build greater safety, trust, connection, and lasting change.
