It can be scary to reach out and be vulnerable; be proud of yourself for taking this step!
I take a person centered and strength-based approach. Therapy is a collaborative process and I realize that you know you best! My goal is to foster a safe, open space where you feel comfortable to communicate your needs without fear of judgment.
I am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as being neurodivergent! I have around 7 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have learned that finding community is essential for healing. I look forward to creating a healing, supportive space that promotes self discovery for you!
