We all go through things in our lives that are difficult. I believe that it is through these struggles that we have the opportunity to grow. I specialize in and have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, and grief as well as working with individuals and families impacted by cancer. I work with adults, teens, and college age youth. The teen and college years carry particular challenges that I am familiar with and enjoy helping to navigate.
A trusting relationship is paramount to the success of therapy so my priority is in providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I also believe that talking to a therapist should be different than talking to someone in your personal life and it is my job to offer direction and constructive feedback.
