**Accepting New Clients** Everyone faces challenges now and then. Through a non-judgmental, encouraging, and peaceful therapeutic environment, I help clients find ways to overcome those challenges. I have worked with a diverse population, and I believe that everyone has the power to make positive change. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy and strengths-based approaches in my work. However, I understand that each client is unique; thus, I try to utilize therapy models that I believe will work best with the client's needs and presenting issues.
I understand the pressure and stress most professionals face in their careers, and I can help individuals learn effective stress management skills by utilizing their own strengths. Additionally, I focus on self-esteem building so clients can become more comfortable and confident in themselves.
While divorce is not usually the expected or desirable outcome of marriage, it does occur. My unique background in family law allows me to understand the stress that can be caused from a divorce. I focus on helping family members with the grief and adjustment process during this time.

Groups
G.E.T. it! Girls Empowering Themselves Teen Group
This is a safe space for teen girls to talk about issues, feel heard, and gain support from other girls going through similar experiences. Through this group, girls will be empowered to: make healthy decisions against stressors and perfectionism, become more independent and responsible to prepare for adulthood, create confidence in their accomplishments and body image, filter negative and positive influences, choose healthy relationships, and learn how to deal with bullies through conflict resolution.
