Athletes experience unique stressors that can negatively impact their overall well-being, relationships, and their sport performance. I am a Licensed Sport Psychologist and I create space for athletes to develop tools to manage those stressors, build awareness of who they are as a whole person, and improve sport performance in the process. As a former collegiate athlete, I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health in sport and creating greater access to evidence-based interventions for current and former athletes that also recognizes the nuances of sport culture and the identity of an athlete.
I specialize in supporting athletes struggling with their relationship with food, their body, and exercise/movement. I also support athletes struggling with concerns around perfectionism, anxiety, and OCD.
I recognize the stigma around mental health and other barriers that often make reaching out for help difficult. Given these barriers, I am happy to set up a short discovery call and answer any questions you may have about therapy and the process of taking the next steps to support your overall well-being.
