I love to work with adults, kids, and teens. I offer a safe, welcoming space to honor your unique personal and cultural background. I especially love to work with pregnancy & postpartum, anxiety and depression, kids' emotional and behavioral issues, spiritual abuse recovery, and Third Culture Kids.
I am a play therapist in training and I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. I’ve lived in Nashville, New York City, and rural East Africa, and I love calling St. Louis home! When I’m not counseling, I love to spend time with my husband and son, listen to Taylor Swift, and watch Cardinals baseball.

Postpartum Support Group
Does life with a new baby feel overwhelming? You are not alone! In this 6-week therapist-led group, you'll connect with other postpartum moms to learn coping strategies and emotional regulation, process your birth story, and be with other women who understand what you're going through.
