I love to work with kids, parents, and adult women. I offer a safe, welcoming space to honor your unique personal and cultural background. I especially love to work with pregnancy & postpartum, women’s issues, adoption, spiritual abuse recovery, and Third Culture Kids.
I am a play therapist in training and I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. I’ve lived in Nashville, New York City, and rural East Africa, and I love calling St. Louis home! When I’m not counseling, I love to go for walks with my husband, Rob, listen to Taylor Swift, and watch Cardinals baseball.

Does life with a new baby feel lonely or overwhelming? Do you wonder if it's normal to feel the way you do? You are not alone! This 6-week group provides education, support, and connection for women with new babies. You'll have the chance to share your birth story, explore and normalize feelings, learn emotion regulation skills, and build community with other women. Babies welcome!
