Together, we develop personalized treatment goals tailored to your specific needs. I am a Level One trained IFS Therapist through the IFS Institute. I also incorporate EMDR when appropriate. Additionally, I draw upon my own lived experiences and a healthy dose of humor. With a holistic approach to healing, we can fully process your experienced traumas.
