I work with clients who want to take responsibility for themselves and their lives. Who are willing to step outside of their comfort zones bit by bit to change unhelpful patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Instead of circling around the same old things that are keeping you stuck, together, we will identify strategies that allow you to fully participate in your life.
My goal is to help you have compassion for your past and current selves while also making changes that help you live in alignment with your values moving forward. I will sit with you in the hard stuff, laugh with you at the silly stuff, and celebrate you as you make strides towards your goals. I am trained in DBT, FBT, ERP, EMDR, Polyvagal, & Brainspotting.

Groups
DBT for Eating Disorders Skills Group
Recovery is hard, but you don't have to go at it alone. This group is aimed at helping members develop effective skills and tools that can support their recovery from disordered eating. Members will: set personal goals; learn mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills; identify what makes up their meaningful life; participate in experiential activities; and build connections with others in a supportive, nonjudgemental space. Group will occur via Telehealth. Upcoming 2020 Dates: 7/14/20 to 8/18/20; 8/25/20 to 9/29/20; 10/6/20 to 11/10/20; 11/17/20 to 12/22/20
