I help others looking to connect & sense what their wise body is telling them. With a blend of somatic experiencing, talk therapy & inner-child healing, I encourage exploration with befriending the body and exploring trauma responses, while holding shame through a compassionate and non-pathologizing framework. I help clients explore a life that feels authentic to them, while exploring ways to slowly build new neural pathways to align with the life they want.

I offer bottom-up processing which is a healing approach that focuses on the body's physical sensations and nervous system responses to regulate emotions and support with orienting to safety.

As a queer-identifying therapist, I am particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, understanding the unique challenges and experiences faced by our community. My practice is open to everyone, and I am committed to fostering an inclusive and safe environment where all humans can feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.
