As a Certified Sex Therapist, I help clients explore intimacy, desire, sexual health, and reduce shame. I also support clients in improving communication and deepening connection in their relationships.
I am particularly passionate about working with individuals and relationships who are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity or other lifecycle transitions, issues around sexuality, faith transitions, and/or grief and loss, among other issues.
