I enjoy working with children, teens and parents to overcome past traumas and present challenges, and work towards healing for the individual and the family.

As an EMDR trained therapist, I have tools to help you heal from past hurts and experience a renewed sense of hope and resilience. Whether you've experienced traumatic events, harmful relationships, or other painful memories, we will work together to achieve true healing and develop skills for the life and future you desire.
