About
My individual clients include those dealing with mental health challenges; making decisions about career or relationships; or pursuing more fulfilling approaches to life. I work with couples of all ages, stages, and compositions, addressing communication, infidelity, loss of passion, infertility, parenting, strengthening relationships, and deciding. I work with couples struggling to decide if and how to continue to work on deeply troubled relationships and solidifying commitment. I see families dealing with communication issues, creating appropriate boundaries, and working through separation, divorce, and blended family issues .
It is vitally important that you find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable, are able to speak honestly, and can trust to guide you through the sometimes difficult and painful (but ultimately healing and rewarding!) work of therapy. Our team takes a caring, collaborative approach, supporting you as you identify and move toward your goals.
With a diverse and talented staff of highly-trained and experienced clinicians and locations in both Maryland and Virginia, we offer something for everyone. We offer complimentary telephone consultations, evening and weekend hours, and both 50- and 90-minute sessions to help you maximize our time together.

"There's good reason she runs one of the busiest practices in Greater Washington. Interestingly, we've never officially met, but I've done enough research to know who to trust when referring clients out for help. Lindsey is at the top of that list!"
