We all encounter stressful situations and events in our lives that can feel overwhelming and even insurmountable at times. With kids and teens, I encourage creativity and often incorporate play and art therapy techniques to assist them in developing and enhancing their ability to solve problems, manage challenging emotions, and build self-confidence. I also believe that it is essential to partner with caregivers to learn strategies to support your child in times of difficulty.
